Waitlist privacy

Operator: Samarth Patel, operating Zenfold Mail.

We collect the name and email you submit to record your interest in Zenfold Mail and contact you about access. Joining does not create an email account or give this website access to your inbox.

This service stores waitlist details privately on the operator’s server. It does not publish a signup list, send automatic email, or add third-party analytics.

Retention: Entries older than 180 days are removed in daily cleanup. We remove active entries within 7 days of a request; backups expire within 7 days of removal. A private hashed removal receipt is kept for up to 7 days to prevent old backups restoring removed entries.

For access, correction, removal, or questions, contact samarth.patel1289@gmail.com.
